The journey
It started with building UIs in Mumbai — learning the rhythms of component composition, the satisfaction of a layout that just works on every device. From there, a move to Helsinki brought interactive prototypes, design collaboration, and the northern European discipline of building things that last.
London came next — leading the full-stack transformation for a major UK banking platform. High-stakes, high-visibility, and the kind of technical debt that teaches you exactly why architecture decisions matter. The lessons from that chapter still shape how I think about scale.
Today I own the technical roadmap for Angular, React, Node.js, and TypeScript modules serving 20+ million customers. Shipping incrementally, measuring everything, and treating code quality as a prerequisite rather than a nice-to-have.
What I'm working on today
AI-assisted engineering is no longer the emerging part of my work — it's the core. I use Claude Code, Cursor, and custom LLM pipelines daily. Work that used to take a sprint now takes an afternoon. One senior engineer with the right AI tooling can produce what traditionally needed a team — and I build that into every engagement.
On the stack: Angular (v20) architecture in a large Nx monorepo, Node.js and Express services with Redis, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB, Python and FastAPI for data-heavy and AI workflows. Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions for CI/CD. The force multiplier is the AI layer sitting on top of all of it — from code generation to RAG pipelines to LLM-powered product features in production.
